Can I do a pre-marital agreement without an attorney?

In theory you can do almost anything without an attorney. But the reason you want to have a pre-marital agreement is so that it is far more likely to stand up in the event of marital trouble. Doing a Pre-Marital Agreement without separate counsel for each party is a road to disaster, and you’ll never know the danger until it is too late.
