Pre Marital Agreement
  All States
Can pre-marital agreements be attacked down the road?

Yes, and they almost always are, particularly when one spouse, or sometimes the children or parents of a deceased spouse, figures out s/he or they would have been far better off without the darn agreement. That's why having a lawyer for each side before signing the agreement is so critical.
