When we were married my spouse had not gotten a divorce from his former wife. I understand this is bigamy. Can I get my marriage to him annulled?
Yes, if your spouse was still married to another party at the time of your marriage your marriage is void. This remains so even if he or she obtained a divorce from the other party subsequent to your marriage.
