Can I evict my husband from our home during the divorce proceedings? |
 |
| There is law in Virginia that prohibits a spouse from evicting their partner from the marital home unless there is the threat of physical harm. It can be done in that circumstance if the court believes the imminent threat is real and it will, then, issue a protective order. |
