My ex wants to relocate with our daughter to California. Can I ask the court to require internet visits as a condition to have the child be relocated?
One Appeals Court in New Jersey recently ruled that a woman can move with her daughter to California so long as the child can keep in touch via the Internet with her father back East. The court said the Web provides a "creative and innovative" way to keep the child and parent in touch.
